How are the bikes shipped to my home?
All Orange Bikes are professionally packed and shipped 85% assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost using the included toolkit.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a flat-rate shipping fee.
Do Orange Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every new bike includes a 5-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on all original components against manufacturing defects.
Can I finance my purchase?
We offer flexible payment plans through Klarna and Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into monthly installments at 0% APR for qualified buyers.
